Three-layer construction provides unsurpassed breathability, fire resistance and lightness:
The outer layer combines Alpinestars L G and Ripstop fabrics to give a supremely light and breathable surface. The L G fabric is made up of Nomex® and Carbon for ultra-light weight and excellent fire resistance, while the Ripstop fabric offers great breathability without compromising heat or flame resistance.
The mid layer consists of Nomex® felt, provides a highly effective protective barrier against heat transfer.
The internal layer uses Nomex® felt specifically developed with DuPont to provide the driver with class-leading comfort.
Multi-panel construction is specifically designed to give the driver a better fit and feel with pre-curved arms and legs to improve comfort in the driving position.
Alpinestars’ unique shoulder construction with incorporated extraction epaulets ensures comfort and functionality with the HANS device.
Anatomical lumbar telescopic expansion panel provides greater flexibility and superior fit both in and out of the car.
Alpinestars’ exclusive full floating arm, constructed with stretchable knit fabric to provide improved freedom of movement.
Soft collar with knit fabric for supreme comfort.
Internal flat seam construction increases the strength of the suit and reduces pressure points in the suit for a less intrusive fit.
